  • Improve your productivity with some exercise. Take a 10-minute break to move about. It will help you think and work.

  • Work slowly. If you feel rushed, you are likely to exhaust yourself and give up. Instead, pace your activities and give yourself room to work.

  • Take a walk outside. Go for a short hike or visit a park. Being in nature improves cognition.

  • Calculate how much your time is worth per hour and outsource (Fancy Hands, Task Rabbit…)

  • Start Doing. Set aside the time and get to work. The best way to stop procrastinating is to start doing.
