Create a New Routine

  1. Set a plan of action for your new habit. Give yourself 32 Days to develop or break any routine.
  2. Keep it simple and predictable. Your new habit needs to be built over time. Add complexity one month at a time.
  3. Stick with it. Consistency and regular practice build routines, like brushing our teeth each day. Practice at the same time every day.
  4. Make a plan and identify steps. If you map your actions ahead of time, you will succeed.
  5. Reward yourself. As you accomplish your goals, be sure to reward yourself for your hard work.
